- Make outbound calls to generate new business and schedule meetings for Specialists and Account Managers.
- Ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs.
- Demonstrate advanced sales skills to connect with new prospects, profile them, and cross-sell or up-sell, ultimately closing deals over the phone.
- Maintain a consistent sales funnel.
- Track, manage, and report on ongoing sales pipeline activities.
- Review client satisfaction levels and escalate any issues when necessary.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant teams for potential follow-up on business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries and requests, resolving them efficiently.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals, ensuring they are sound both technically and commercially.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and German, with Swiss German as a significant plus; knowledge of French would be an additional advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid background in sales, especially in outbound environments.
- Goal-oriented and achievement-driven.
- Good computer skills.
- At least one year of experience in B2B sales.
- Previous experience working with channel partners is a plus.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Adherence to company security protocols.

- Full-time contract.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
