Key Responsibilities- Assess and coach our clients' IT teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
- Define IT strategies and architecture solutions that meet our clients' business needs.
- Develop technical concepts for specific project modules and lead the delivery of those modules.
- Coach other project members and help lead other consultants in their work streams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record in leading IT implementation projects.
- Strong analytical mindset for evaluating complex IT application landscapes and optimizing development processes.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data architecture.
- Experience in designing robust data architectures, including data platforms and pipelines.
- Extensive hands-on experience in implementing data solutions using various platforms.
- Expertise in relational and non-relational databases.
