Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior IT Architect, Data to join our team at BCG Platinion. As a Senior IT Architect, Data, you will work closely with case team members to assess and coach our clients' IT teams, define IT strategies, architecture solutions, and apply your technical know-how and understanding of business contexts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and coach our clients' IT teams to define IT strategies and architecture solutions.
  • Own the delivery for a specific project module and help develop technical concepts for that module.
  • Coach other project members and help lead other consultants in their own work stream, when possible.
  • Apply your technical know-how and understanding of business contexts to drive strategic decisions and innovations.
Requirements
  • Between 5-10 years of experience in data strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting with a proven track record in leading IT implementation projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in designing robust data architectures, including data platforms and pipelines, with a strong focus on ETL processes using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud).
  • Data Systems Expertise: Strong background in data integration platforms, orchestrating complex data workflows and transformations using tools such as DataStage, Informatica, and Data Factory.
  • Desirable Expertise: Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards relevant to data security and privacy (such as GDPR, CCPA).
  • Interpersonal Leadership Skills: Strong analytical mindset for evaluating complex IT application landscapes and optimizing development processes.
What You'll Work With

You will work closely with BCG Managing Directors and Partners (MDP's), PLA Managing Directors (MD's), BCG Consultants at all levels, PLA Consultants at all levels, Clients, vendors, and partners.
