Job Requirements
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Hampton by Hilton Alicante location. This role involves:
- Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive financial performance and business growth.
- Collaborating with key business partners to achieve operational excellence.
- Serving as a brand ambassador to promote our company values and policies.
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Degree in Hospitality Management (or equivalent national academic qualifications preferred).
- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality management.
- An excellent command of both written and spoken English.
