Job Summary

As a key member of the TOMRA team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial rhythm of invoicing and revenue management for the Food Division across the EMEA region.

Your expertise will be vital in collaborating closely with controllers and the Credit Department to ensure transactions are efficient and accurate.

You will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and managing EMEA AR operations for Account Receivables within the Shared Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue accurate, timely invoices to customers while proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Oversee recording and reconciliation of customer payments and efficiently resolve payment-related issues.
  • Lead reconciliation of AR ledger, investigate and resolve discrepancies, providing guidance to the team.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, promptly address inquiries, and handle billing concerns.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and act as AR expert in projects.
