Reward Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our global TUI Musement HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building a robust, fair, and competitive reward landscape that supports the business in maximizing efficiency.

• Understand the business job landscape and maintain a solid position framework
• Contribute to the maintenance of the job evaluation framework and global job catalogue
• Partner with People Partners to monitor and re-design local reward packages to ensure a consistent, competitive, and fair reward landscape across TUI Musement
• Analyse reward related data and perform scenario modelling
• Implement the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring that the process is compliant with the requirements of the reward governance framework

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with experience in using a wide variety of analytical approaches and tools, to design scenarios and models. You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities, and experience with local implementation of global/corporate compensation standards. Good communication and customer-facing skills are essential, as you will be interacting with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users.
