We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our global TUI Musement HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building a robust, fair, and competitive reward landscape that supports the business in maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the maintenance of the job evaluation framework and global job catalogue.
- Partner with People Partners to monitor and re-design local reward packages to ensure a consistent, competitive, and fair reward landscape across TUI Musement.
- Analyse reward related data and perform scenario modelling.
- Implement the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring that the process is compliant with the requirements of the reward governance framework.
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with experience in using a wide variety of analytical approaches and tools. You should have strong communication and customer-facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders.
