Job Description

As a key member of the Olala Homes team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall performance of our hospitality business. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices to maximize revenue potential across our hotel portfolio.

About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager who can think critically and strategically. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with expertise in revenue management, analytics, and problem-solving. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies, procedures, and best practices to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and forecast demand to ensure optimal availability and pricing throughout the year
- Provide periodic dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities
- Create and manage a 12-month rolling demand calendar to optimize revenue streams
- Analyze sales data to identify new revenue opportunities and areas for improvement
- Optimize the use of distribution channels to increase visibility and accessibility of properties in the global market
