Key Responsibilities- Categorize packages of work to be supported by Enterprise Capabilities
- Develop project execution plans and define delivery strategies
- Review contracts, scope documents, and project data to establish schedules and budgets
- Partner with EC offices to ensure delivery and execution challenges are understood
- Lead design teams and integrate resources from different EC offices
- Client liaison and project/design management, including program and resource monitoring, quality control, technical management, and delivery
- Initiate and direct the planning, development, and continuous monitoring of project scope, procedures, budget, and schedule
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure EC Project performance towards goals and objectives
- Proven track record of working on H&D projects collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams
- 15+ years in Civil and Infrastructure projects; preferably H&D projects
- Experience with international regulations and standards (AASTHO; AWWA; Eurocodes; British Standards, etc.)
- Good command of CAD/BIM/Digital Engineering techniques
- Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System
- Demonstrable management skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
