Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at WorkMotion, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's expansion in the Western European market. This includes the Benelux, Nordics, and UKI regions. Your primary objective will be to generate and qualify sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive WorkMotion's expansion in the Western European market through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.
  • Represent WorkMotion at local trade shows and international conferences to establish the company's presence and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads to turn into opportunities and closed business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Support WorkMotion's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local trade shows, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize the current workflow by sharing ideas and implementing new strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on direct prospect interactions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing, ideally sales-related role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser.
  • Bachelor's degree in any communication-related or business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Tech-savvy with motivation and capacity to master new tools, such as CRMs.
  • Native-level skills in English required, Dutch and Swedish are a plus.
  • Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency.
  • Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • Active in relationship building, collaborating with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
