About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team in Madrid. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in areas such as product listing optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential customers
  • Support sales representatives with customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Evaluate every sales action in our customers to identify potential improvements
  • Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Be part of the production process in PL, from design to final product
  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with key supporting functions (Local Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Sales)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business
  • High level of English and Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accountability and ability to work as a team
  • Business orientation, understanding of market dynamics, commercial mindset with structured way of working
  • Creative and analytical approach to product content creation, assets, marketing plan, and ability to draw insights from market trends
  • Methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem-solving
