We are seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Modeler to collaborate with our award-winning structural engineering firm. As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in developing detailed models and construction documents related to the Structural Engineering discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed design drawings using Revit Structure and AutoCAD
  • Utilizing Rhino/Grasshopper throughout the design phases to model structural elements as part of the structural deliverable
  • Supporting fellow BIM Modelers on projects
  • Modifying drawings and 3D modeled elements based on interpreted engineer's markups
  • Collaborating with structural engineers to layout and detail components and structural systems

The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Revit Structure, Rhino, Grasshopper, and AutoCAD, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working independently and meeting deadlines is essential. Additionally, good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with others are crucial for success in this role.
