About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Economy to join our team at Alexander Fine Design Construction, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing economic strategies to drive revenue growth and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Refine Economic Strategies: Create and implement economic models to optimize player engagement and revenue generation.
  • Monetization and Pricing Frameworks: Design and refine monetization strategies and pricing frameworks for virtual goods and services, aligning them with player expectations and market trends.
  • Player Feedback and Sentiment Analysis: Work closely with community management and marketing teams to gauge player feedback and sentiment, using insights to adjust economic strategies promptly.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with cross-functional teams to devise and implement promotional strategies that incentivize new player onboarding and re-engage lapsed players.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze in-depth data from live game operations to continually refine and improve the economic model, ensuring sustainability and growth.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of economy product managers, encouraging innovation and a deep understanding of mobile gaming economics and player behavior.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Exemplified experience in economic strategy and monetization in the mobile gaming industry, with significant expertise in leading live game economies.
  • Skills: Proven analytical and data manipulation skills, proficient in SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
