About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Economy to lead the live operations of our popular game, Monopoly GO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running and optimizing live events, monetization strategies, and pricing models to ensure the game's profitability and player happiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the economic aspects of live operations and special events to optimize player engagement and revenue generation
  • Develop and refine monetization strategies and pricing frameworks for virtual goods and services, aligning them with player expectations and market trends
  • Work collaboratively with community management and marketing teams to nurture positive player sentiment and drive engagement among new and returning players
  • Analyze in-depth data from live game operations to continually refine and improve the economic model, ensuring sustainability and growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of economy product managers, encouraging innovation and a deep understanding of mobile gaming economics and player behavior
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exemplified experience in economic strategy and monetization in the mobile gaming industry, with significant expertise in leading live game economies
  • Proven analytical and data manipulation skills, proficient in SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
