Coty is seeking a highly skilled Production Specialist to join our team. As a Production Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for production lines, including startup and shutdown, changeovers, and product changes.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure standardization and consistency across all production lines.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for production lines and analyze data to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Lead training sessions for production personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Conduct regular visual management of production lines to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for production personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a production or operations role in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Results-oriented and analytical work attitude.
