Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Packaging Specialist to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our Supply Chain Packaging team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and improving site competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new packaging initiatives to improve site efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tertiary packaging specifications.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Support business continuity planning by developing duplicate specifications and increasing supplier capacity.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by revisiting specification tolerances and modifying delivery methods.
  • Partner with operations to improve production processes and increase line efficiency.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements
