Supply Chain Packaging

Coty is seeking a Supply Chain Packaging professional to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Packaging team, you will be responsible for developing new initiatives and improving site competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to new initiative start-ups, providing inputs in the design phase and supporting FMEA and project handover with R&D packaging.
  • Originate tertiary packaging specifications, validating end-of-line configurations and running transport tests.
  • Manage development of suppliers' capability and capacity, conducting root cause analysis in specs deviation.
  • Support Business Continuity Plan, duplicating specs to new suppliers, increasing existing suppliers' capacity, and applying regulatory requirements.
  • Support quality improvement, revisiting specification tolerance and modifying delivery methods/packing instructions.
  • Support continuous improvement, partnering with Operations to improve production processes and increase line efficiency.
  • Identify, assess, and implement cost-saving opportunities.
