Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Link Worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.

About the Role:

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that individual Sales and Profit Budgets are exceeded, while strictly controlling all costs related to orders. Key responsibilities include implementing effective Sales Action Plans for Key Accounts and regional customers, prioritizing customer service, and resolving issues within standard guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure individual Sales and Profit Budgets are exceeded
  • Implement effective Sales Action Plans for Key Accounts and regional customers
  • Prioritize customer service and resolve issues within standard guidelines
  • Provide professional presentations to customers
  • Develop and source new concepts in collaboration with the Operations team
  • Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals
  • Diligently follow up all quotations distributed to generate orders
  • Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge, and identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Monitor competitors' promotions and activities and share information with sales team members
  • Analyze management information, financial, and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget
  • Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files
  • Submit all requested reports, including customer meeting reports, forecasts, prospect lists, and monthly sales reports, to the Sales Manager in a timely fashion

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Enthusiastic and passionate

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
