Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Tetra Pak. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-project set-up to the end of the Commercial Production within our South Europe - EMEA Region.

• Project coordination, including purchasing and invoicing activities related to PSE projects
• Coordination of delivery, logistics, customs clearance, and shipping
• Procurement of equipment, services, and parts connected to PSE projects
• Planning and follow-up of procurement and logistics in accordance with the project plan
• Execution of project sales administrative activities, including creating inquiries, sales orders, and setting up billing plans
• Supplier invoice checks and clearances
• Customer invoicing for PSE projects
• Inventory management, including ensuring returned machines arrive at the warehouse and are posted to stock properly
• Driving annual physical inventory and ensuring completion of this process
• Executing equipment scrapping according to Tetra Pak and legal guidelines

• Degree and/or Superior Professional Education in Business Administration or related
• Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination/administration or similar position
• Strong English language capabilities, French
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 (projects and contracting environment) - Highly Requested
