Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for defining the system strategy related to HR, bridging the gap between technical teams and business, and analyzing requirements with the functional area.

Responsibilities
  • Define the System strategy related to HR
  • Bridging the gap between technical teams and business
  • Analyzing requirements with the functional area, selecting or coordinating external implementation teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects
  • Design and execution of tendering processes: Incorporation of purchasing requisitions without a frame contract, tender strategy and planning, risk analysis, tendering, pre-selection, negotiation, and preparation of award decisions as well as contract implementation and management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree, or equivalent
  • Experience in consulting and knowledge of applications in the SAP SSFF field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the role
  • Additional knowledge/training: Understanding of general HR flows and their architecture and interrelationships, Knowledge in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Reporting, Performance, and Goals
