We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences, you will be responsible for managing our automated hotel lobby, providing light reception support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our self-service-style lobby bar.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with guests daily, assisting with check-in issues, serving coffee and snacks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Run the lobby bar, preparing beverages, snacks, and simple meals using bar equipment.">
  • Maintain the bar and reception area, ensuring they are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.">
  • Handle cash and card payments, complete end-of-shift reports, and follow checklists to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Restock fridges and counters, manage basic food prep, and perform bar maintenance tasks.">
  • Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests from morning to night.">

What We're Looking For:

  • ">
  • Experience in Food & Beverage, particularly behind the bar or in café-style service.">
  • Confident handling cash, closing shifts, and following structured procedures.">
  • Previous hospitality or guest-facing experience (reception is a plus).">
  • Tech-comfortable: able to work with automated systems and digital tools.">
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).">
  • Friendly, organized, and confident working independently.">
  • Open to a 3-month full-time contract with potential to extend.">
