International Campus Recruiting Senior Coordinator
The International Campus Recruiting Senior Coordinator plays a pivotal role in maintaining a strong international presence at core Spanish MBA schools, including IESE Barcelona, ESADE, and IE. This position leads the international recruiting, marketing, and relation management efforts for international campaigns, focusing on marketing, communications, budget, relationship management, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Plan, coordinate, and execute recruiting activities, including marketing events, screening, interviewing, and selling, to support BCG's worldwide offices.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate six recruiting campaigns per year for BCG's worldwide offices, including IESE Full-time and Internship, ESADE Full-time and Internship, and IE Full-time and Internship.
- Logistics and Event Planning: Create, organize, and execute logistics for all events on campus, including welcome and debriefing events, updates, and dinner sessions for BCG alumni.
- Candidate Management: Process all applications from candidates, communicate with candidates and BCG offices, and coordinate first-round interviews for summer internships and full-time positions.
- Relationship Management: Manage and develop relationships with School's Career Services team, other international campus career services teams, and BCG alumni on campus.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with MBA students, BCG alumni, and other stakeholders.
- Marketing and Event Planning: Proven experience in marketing and event planning, with the ability to create engaging content and execute successful events.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and activities simultaneously.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including MBA students, BCG alumni, and Career Services teams.
