Objetivo del Puesto

Buscamos un/a Asesor/a Legal Senior para unirse a nuestro equipo en la Comisión Española de Ayuda al Refugiado. En este rol, serás responsable de asesorar y asistir a la organización en materia legal, analizando y detectando riesgos, y asesorando a todas las áreas de la organización en un ámbito nacional e internacional.

Funciones Principales
  • Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos, acuerdos y convenios de cualquier índole.
  • Asesorar en materia de Propiedad Intelectual, elaborando y revisando documentos, contratos y acuerdos.
  • Asesorar a las diferentes áreas y delegaciones de CEAR en cuestiones legales.
  • Revisar y hacer seguimiento del cumplimiento de la normativa de Protección de Datos de la entidad.
  • Detectar y gestionar los riesgos legales de los servicios de la organización.
  • Representar a la entidad en procedimientos judiciales y redactar demandas, recursos y escritos de trámite.
  • Supervisar y coordinar a profesionales externos (abogados/as, procuradores/as) a la entidad.
  • Realizar investigación documental y elaborar informes jurídicos según necesidades de la entidad.
Requisitos

Para este puesto, buscamos un/a profesional con experiencia en asesoramiento legal y conocimientos en materia de Protección de Datos y Propiedad Intelectual. Debes tener habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, así como capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarte de manera efectiva.
