Job Summary

Marriott International is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Advertising Specialist to join our team at the W Ibiza hotel. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our hotel's brand and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue generation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies and other stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing department and other hotel teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media content and campaigns

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
