Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator (German Speaking) to support the creation of compelling B2B content materials such as email marketing, website content, blogs, case studies, sales pitches, and decks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal, and be able to research and deliver high-quality content on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an understanding of our ICP, target personas, and the renewable energy industry. They will also be expected to work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of our ICP, target personas, and the renewable energy industry.
  • Support the creation of compelling B2B content materials across all marketing formats and channels targeting specific audiences, use cases, and industry trends.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company as required.
  • Analyze and report on content performance in collaboration with all key stakeholders, applying a data-driven lens to evaluate the effectiveness of content initiatives, and making recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Provide quality assurance to meet style and quality guidelines, including content, brand, tone, and design.
  • Upload articles to our CMS.
  • Stay apprised of trends and new technologies in the content creation and renewable energy space.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with a proven track record in copywriting, content creation, and SEO.
  • Ability to research and deliver 800-1200 words a day.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
  • Deadline-driven approach with strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative and self-starting attitude.

  • Creative approach and experience in advertising copy - i.e., editorials such as e-book, whitepapers, landing pages, promo emails, and catchy or appealing pieces.

  • Experience with WordPress and/or HubSpot.
  • Experience in the energy sector is strongly preferred.
