About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Deel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including document printing, invoicing, and organizing meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the HR Experience department
  • Processing EOR-related administrative tasks and requests
  • Maintaining and updating physical and digital records for Employee of Records
  • Assisting with periodic processes and procedures
  • Carrying out general office administration

Requirements: Fluency in Dutch and English is a must. A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in HR administrative work or similar roles is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
