Role Description: The HR Admin typically has a minimum of 1 - 4 years of experience in HR administrative work or similar roles. And is primarily responsible for: Providing general administrative support to the HR Experience department including document printing and posting, invoicing, organizing meetings, and contacting EORs. Processing EOR-related administrative tasks and requests such as medical checks, document send-outs, applications, and HR letters. Maintaining and updating physical and digital records for Employee of Records (EORs) such as employment agreements and training cards ensuring that records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Assisting with periodic processes and procedures such as country audits and inspections. (Onsite) Act as the main point of contact in the office overseeing experience and responding to queries from EORs. (Onsite) Carry out general office administration including reception, mail, and paperwork. Analyzing data and preparing reports to Team Leads and Regional managers as required. Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR Experience department, including participation in projects and initiatives as needed. Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
