Main Responsibilities:
- Writing and placing engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
- Active sourcing and headhunting of candidates
- Managing and conducting different types of interviews in Spanish and English
- Creating and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with candidates
- Managing the entire recruitment process and onboarding
- Collaborating with colleagues on various tasks and projects
Core Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
- People-oriented, able to engage with candidates and clients
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources
- Sales-oriented attitude, able to work with targets
