Main Purpose:
Provides strategic support in all HR Payroll processes, ensuring efficient execution and contributing to a positive work environment. Supports effective HR delivery by providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as liaison with payroll provider, ensuring timely and accurate payment processes.
• Review and validate payroll data before execution and payment release.
• Submit accurate payroll information to accounting team, ensuring salary and benefits accounting accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide support in talent management and payroll projects.
• Generate reports and analyses providing key insights for strategic decision-making, SLAs, and metrics.
• Coordinate and support country staff costs and budgeting plan throughout the year in line with Global P&C Budget.
• Handle and maintain employees' personal and professional information in HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
• Collaborate in administration and tracking of benefits and compensations offered to employees, ensuring accurate enrollment and information availability to employees.
Requirements:
• University degree or advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Two years' experience working in HR department, with payroll tasks. Multinational experience is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Excellent oral and written English skills (required), French preferred.
• Microsoft Office knowledge with strong skills in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint required.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement Projects related to Process Improvement, Standardization, Automation, or relevant projects focusing on critical metrics in the field of P&C is preferred.
