About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to manage and maintain Workday HCM systems, ensuring a seamless employee experience. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement digital solutions that enhance how employees interact with our tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Workday HCM systems to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to assess user needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate global system issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Apply Agile and Design Thinking methodologies to improve HR processes and enhance user adoption.
  • Automate and streamline global HR and security functions to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Configure and optimize Workday to enhance user experience and improve data analysis capabilities.
  • Create custom reports, data analysis, and mass updates to support business decision-making.
  • Provide training and support for system changes and upgrades to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Lead workshops to gather feedback and improve user adoption of new systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Workday experience, including Core HCM.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service focus.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
