About the Role

The Digital Project Lead will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex digital projects from discovery through to agile delivery in close collaboration with our clients at E2ycommerce.

You will be a leader who can articulate a compelling vision to your client and team, ensuring that this vision is delivered through all stages of the project from initiation, design/architecture into delivery, and go-live for our clients.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Own the project from beginning to end, eliminate obstacles and take responsibility for delivering value to our clients.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Manage client relations and expectations.
  • Coach the delivery team and enable them to work efficiently.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous knowledge of digital, eCommerce, or online delivery.
  • Experience with Agile software development methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building project plans, managing third-party suppliers, and managing client budgets to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with development teams and clients.
