Project Manager Role

AEG Power Solutions seeks a skilled Project Manager to coordinate assigned power systems projects and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure project delivery in line with defined performance measures.
  • Manage project realization and coordination, including lead times, costs, quality, information, and organization.
  • Participate in contract review and clarify discrepancies with Sales Manager and Field Application Engineer.
  • Establish and monitor project planning and budget.
  • Purchase and/or outsource project-related trading products, parts, and services.
  • Initiate and manage project meetings to monitor progress.
  • Project evaluation and periodical reporting of progress and results.
  • Initiate actions to improve Variable Margin.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage and implement project opportunities.
  • Manage document approval process with the customer.
  • Manage project documentation with related approvals.
  • Organize Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
  • Ensure shipping requirements are met.
  • Ensure timely, correct, and complete invoicing.
  • Monitor and manage deviations from the contract.
  • Provide input in the quotation phase.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (ideally).
  • At least 7 years of experience in international sales and project management.
  • PMP Certificate is mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of commercial/contract law.
  • Computer literacy, ideally SAP.
  • Fully proficient in English (C1 level).
