Job Description:

Are you looking for a stable opportunity with growth potential in the mobility industry? We'd love to meet you and tell you about our project. We are an industry specialized in the manufacturing of components for electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles. With the support of 4,000 employees across 6 countries, operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers, we serve over 100 clients.

Main Responsibilities:
• Capture customer needs and product trends, transforming them into strategic opportunities for the company.
• Organize pre-nomination engineering sessions, promoting co-design with customers and presenting innovative design solutions.
• Oversee all customer interactions throughout project phases, delegating plant-specific interactions to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers to integrate technical quotations and assess manufacturing capacity for new projects.
• Track the nomination status of new projects and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Lead project information reviews to kick off the design stage, defining scope, specifications, and risk assessments while applying lessons learned.
• Obtain validation for model and process designs from customers.
• Lead negotiations with customers to ensure alignment on key technical aspects.

Requirements:
• Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive sector.
• Advanced level of English.
