Job Description

Sobi Group is dedicated to developing and delivering innovative therapies to improve the lives of rare disease patients. As a Senior Global Brand Director, you will play a key role in realizing the full potential of Altuvoct, a commercial brand that requires strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Altuvoct commercial brand team, including the Brand Lead and Haemophilia Sr Product Manager, to develop and execute strategies that drive product growth and support country activities.
  • Own day-to-day brand marketing activities, ensuring alignment with major milestones, budget, and defined KPIs.
  • Lead the Global Enterprise/Brand Team (GET) for Altuvoct, aligning team output to an integrated strategy for the brand.
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of Global cross-functional Brand Strategy, positioning, and communication, including congress strategy, KOL management, and geographical expansion.

Requirements:

  • Strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing commercial brand teams and developing brand strategies.
  • Ability to drive results-oriented marketing activities and manage budgets.
  • Strong communication and partnership-building skills, with experience in working with external stakeholders and affiliates.
