Chloe, a luxury fashion brand under the Richemont group, seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team. This key role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead by example, supervise sales on the floor, and motivate the team to achieve business targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor CRM targets, ensure proper use of CRM tools, and follow up on individual tasks completion.
- Coordinate contact campaigns, gifting campaigns, and other client activations to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Supervise impeccable boutique environment, teams grooming, and implement all guidelines related to store and BOH management.
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales figures and create action plans to improve business performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to train staff on their use.
