Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the retail brand image by guaranteeing an optimal presentation of products while respecting Sézane's DNA and commerciality. This includes providing customers with an exciting and inspiring shopping experience, ensuring the rotation of racks, mannequins, and walls according to the flow of parts, and organizing work according to needs, priorities, and commercial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Instore Visual Merchandising: Be the guarantor of the Retail brand image, guaranteeing an optimal presentation of the products while respecting the Sézane DNA and commerciality.
- Provide customers with an exciting and inspiring shopping experience.
- Evaluate and adjust visual merchandising displays based on sales data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with Headquarters: Apply the guidelines for racks + mannequins drawn up by Headquarters, transmit qualitative photos of the achievements respecting deadlines, and ensure the feedback of information to the Manager according to the need for adaptation of the guidelines.
- Raising awareness and training teams in VM: Disseminate and circulate VM information (focus, VM standards, trends, etc.).
- Maintain active communication with the various managers in order to best meet their expectations.
- Take care of the scenography of the Apartment: Ensure the proper management of furniture in the store, be responsible for POS & merchandising materials, and ensure the management and follow-up of service providers (flowers, books, etc.).
- Being a project and work manager (showcases, product presentation updates, pop-ups, etc.).
Sales Advisor Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to deliver a unique customer experience.
- Embody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming).
- Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience.
- Consider the personality of your customers to identify their desires and help them discover the brand and our different worlds/products.
- Be an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel nature (flat and web).
- Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products.
- Be a force for proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or visual merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
