The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mediterranean Zone Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our visual merchandising department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores across the Mediterranean zone reflect the highest standards of visual appeal and consistency.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience;">
  • Collaborate with store managers and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans;">
  • Manage the VM instore process, including zoning, product rotations, and window displays;">
  • Provide training and guidance to retail teams on visual merchandising best practices;">

What We're Looking For

">

You have at least 5 years' experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector. You possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a business-oriented mindset. Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, while proficiency in Adobe Suite and Office Pack is a plus.
