About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team in the Mediterranean Zone. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of our VM strategy across all categories in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage the implementation of VM displays in-store, ensuring consistency with our brand image and identity.
- Serve as the direct link between store managers and the VM manager, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate zonings, aligning with store allocations, VM Central Guidelines, and Zone Manager approval, within set timeframes.
- Maintain the setup and upkeep of VM displays in collaboration with retail teams during window changes, display rotations, and collection launches.
- Develop and implement daily schedules for VM installations to ensure smooth product rotations across categories.
- Collaborate with Department Managers to prepare products for installation, identifying new arrivals and alerting purchasing in advance of potential shortfalls.
- Support special events and VIP customer experiences, working closely with boutique CRM Specialists.
- Raise awareness and train retail teams on VM guidelines to uphold our brand image and identity.
- Manage store emergency needs and maintain open communication channels with Department Managers.
- Support sales activities by adjusting displays in partnership with the Purchasing Division and Department Managers.
- Oversee prop stock organization within stores and external Gamblin stock, placing orders for any shortages or needs.
About You
">We are looking for a highly responsive, attentive, and adaptable individual who can demonstrate due regard for our brand's image and DNA. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to guide VM Instore/Retail teams in day-to-day maintenance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

What We Offer:
">As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits including annual bonuses, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
