**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our faculty team as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science with a specialization in Internet of Things (IoT), Networks, and Connected Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, leading research projects, and collaborating with industry partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and teach courses in network systems, distributed systems, edge and cloud computing, wireless communications, and embedded systems.
  • Lead research projects in emerging areas such as IoT, cyber-physical systems, wireless networks, or other related domains.
  • Supervise and mentor students across undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. programs.
  • Collaborate with industry on research initiatives and innovative solutions for real-world challenges.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated research excellence in one or more of the following areas: IoT architectures, embedded systems, wireless communications, sensor networks, cyber-physical systems, edge and cloud computing, smart grids, or network security.
  • A strong publication record in high-impact journals and conferences related to IoT, networks, and connected systems.
  • Experience designing and teaching high-quality courses related to IoT, computer networks, connected systems, or related topics.

**Estimated Salary:** 60,000 - 80,000 euros per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
