We are seeking a motivated Full Time Client Advisor (Fixed Term Contract) for our Flagship store in Paseo de Gracia. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act with the client's best interests in mind, demonstrating a deep understanding of their desires, needs, and expectations.
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing a personalized and engaging in-store experience.
  • Develop a long-term, authentic bond with clients by making them feel valued and understood.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, escalating issues to the line manager when necessary.
  • Drive individual and team objectives, taking ownership of sales results and contributing to a positive store environment.
  • Engage in cross-selling with all departments, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prove brand and product knowledge, ensuring a high level of product expertise.
  • Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of shop floor and visual display, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to a secure store environment, being vigilant against product thefts and ensuring accurate tagging and merchandise management.
  • Think innovatively about improving processes and generating new ideas, staying up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a personalized experience to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion or retail.
  • Passion for retail, customer service, and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to grow within the organization and adapt to new challenges.
  • Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
