Medmix Systems Ag is seeking a highly skilled Global Manufacturing Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance and controlling department, you will be responsible for implementing and improving manufacturing controlling processes, providing direction on hourly rates, utilization, absorption, and continuous improvement programs. You will also oversee site strategy, manage CAPEX, OPEX, and NWC activities, and coordinate with sister companies on finance and operational topics.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve manufacturing controlling processes
- Provide direction on hourly rates, utilization, absorption, and continuous improvement programs
- Oversee site strategy and manage CAPEX, OPEX, and NWC activities
- Coordinate with sister companies on finance and operational topics
Requirements:
- Degree level in Finance and/or Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role
- Strong controlling profile with international experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in standard costing
- Ability to manage a team in a high-performance organization
- Analytical mind-set with strong SAP and MS Excel expertise
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
