Product Manager Job Description

GMV is a technology group with extensive experience in Intelligent Transport Systems. We are expanding our teams and seeking a Product Manager to lead projects and develop products within this area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of product development, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and strategy, considering market analysis, trends, and customer feedback.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with the business development team to create and execute effective product launch and positioning campaigns.
  • Offer Collaboration: Collaborate with the business development team to generate customer offers.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and adjust product strategies accordingly.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess product success and make necessary adjustments.
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain a close relationship with customers to ensure that their needs are reflected in the products developed.
  • Continuous Innovation: Foster an environment of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement and the generation of new ideas.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering and additional training in Business Administration, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in Product Management in Technology or Software sectors.
  • Proficiency in product marketing strategies, market research, and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience with product management tools and data analysis.
  • Communication and Strategic Thinking skills with a focus on the simultaneous management of multiple projects.
  • MBA education and project management certifications a plus: PMP, etc.
  • Product management certifications: CSPO, etc.
