The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust fraud prevention strategies and controls, with a focus on leveraging automation to enhance global detection capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage fraud globally, ensuring the company's financial security and integrity.
- Manage and mentor fraud analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Represent the fraud function at committee meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with Financial Institutions in Fraud & Financial Crime.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to work with various technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of working alongside commercial, analytical or technical teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing workload.
