**Engineering Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional team in delivering high-quality software in small, regular iterations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a passion for delivering maintainable software following lean/agile methodologies.
  • They should be comfortable participating in architectural discussions and assisting the team in making strategic trade-offs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team to deliver business outcomes.
  • Continuously aim to reduce cycle time and improve team efficiency.
  • Hold team members accountable for achieving goals while operating with high levels of autonomy.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design counterparts to align on delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional agile engineering teams.
  • Solid technical background with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work proficiently in English.
