Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead to join our Global Automation team. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional agile team of 5 software engineers responsible for developing critical solutions in Global Automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 software engineers.
  • Implement and champion agile practices.
  • Actively participate in hiring.
  • Support and mentor engineers through regular 1:1s.
  • Foster the career growth of direct reports.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers, UX designers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership.
  • Write reusable, testable, secure, and efficient code in Python.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Possession of a passion in leading and managing Agile teams.
  • Maintenance of enthusiasm for software development, best practices, and clean code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solid software engineering principles, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
