Key Responsibilities:

As a Demand Planner at Kenvue, you will be responsible for evaluating demands from internal customers, preparing comprehensive demand plans, and maintaining appropriate forecast plans. You will also facilitate internal forecast discussions, conduct monthly demand business reviews, and coordinate the analysis of monthly demand to ensure accuracy and identify trends.

Main Activities:

Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and markets, utilizing statistical forecasting tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Analyze historical sales data and market trends to identify demand patterns and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand market trends and customer needs to ensure accurate demand forecasting. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence. Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions and work with cross-functional teams to develop contingency plans. Continuously improve demand planning processes and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency. Provide regular reports and analysis to management on demand planning performance and market trends. Develop and maintain comprehensive demand plans for specific business unit(s) / product line(s) in alignment with internal customer demands. Analyze internal capacity and develop plans to align supply and demand to meet customer requirements. Facilitate interim forecast discussions and updates with supply chain partners and internal cross-functional business partners to clarify demand requirements and drive improvements in forecast accuracy. Conduct monthly demand business reviews and coordinate the analysis of monthly demand to ensure accuracy and identify trends.
