Operations Demand and Supply Planner

At Suntory Holdings Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Operations Demand and Supply Planner to join our high-performing Supply team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, monitoring, and guaranteeing the supply of ingredients and packaging for the fulfillment of weekly production plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain robust supply communication with suppliers and internal factories, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Analyze production plans n+1 and n+2 to ensure all raw materials are available on time, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Address supply issues such as supplier order delays, supplier order advances, truck arrivals, and production adjustments, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  • Introduce Intrastat orders and request new material into the system, streamlining the procurement process.
  • Check and approve new designs in AWA, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Follow up on AAFF Flow between Marketing and Supplier, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Manage tank concentrate orders (pineapple and orange) and quinine orders, ensuring accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Approve PCN requests, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Check block materials and push to find solutions, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Keep supply checkpoints in Labels and Caps for purchase orders replenishment, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Compare safety stock of raw materials versus real stock to balance them, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Good level of analytical and numeracy skills, with experience in demand planning and supply chain management.
  • Customer orientation, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Flexible and agile mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Initiative and proactivity, with a strong desire to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • 2 years experience in a similar role, with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • SAP proficiency, with experience in supply chain management and planning.
