Job Description

">

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to oversee and manage complex PKI environments, including certificate authorities (CAs) and hardware security modules (HSMs). As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level support and troubleshooting for PKI-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution. You will also guide level 2 teams in solving issues or handling requests and implement and manage advanced security protocols such as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, and OCSP.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience (5+ years) in PKI environments, managing L2 teams, and security protocols like SSL/TLS, S/MIME, and OCSP. You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English) and be able to build trust relationships with customers. Collaboration mindset, ability to manage customer expectations, and desire to deliver high-quality solutions are essential.
