We are a reputable real estate company operating in the Jávea, Denia, Orba Valley, and Oliva areas, seeking highly skilled and multilingual professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Property Listing and Marketing: List properties in your assigned area, engage in prospecting and networking activities to attract potential clients.
- Documentation and Client Management: Verify property documentation, secure mediation agreements with owners, and maintain client relationships through regular updates and reports.
- Database Management and CRM: Update our customer relationship management system with client requirements and maintain a comprehensive database to meet commercial needs.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, with another native or advanced language such as Spanish, Dutch, German, or French.
- Driving License and Residency: Possess a valid driving license and Spanish residency.
- Autónomo Status and Skills: Hold autónomo status and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in an international team, with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, flexible, and hands-on approach.
- Customer Service Experience: Ideally, possess customer service skills and experience working with demanding national and international clients.
