• Effectively manage and cultivate sales and rental inquiries within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Source and list new luxury properties for sale and rent in the Jávea area and surrounding regions.
• Guide clients seamlessly through the entire process of viewing, booking, purchasing, or renting properties, ensuring a superior experience with the support of our expert commercial and legal teams.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and needs in a timely manner.

• Demonstrated success in real estate sales and rentals.
• A strong enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
